I tend to spend so much time on making sure my service is perfect and all the “i’s” are dotted that I zone into what I’m doing and forget about the way the things I am saying may come across to people who do not know me.
I forget that, for those who have not had a chance to spend time with me, this is a new experience and I have to be more sensitive to their need to develop a relationship as opposed to being overly focused on the task at hand.
