He is not a control freak.
He does not guide you and tell you what to do because he wants to make little Nazi followers out of us. He does it because he knows what is in our heart, what we want to accomplish, he goes just the height of awesomeness we are able to accomplish, and he knows that we have no idea how to get there.
One of the most powerful tools we have is our instincts; but we ignore them frequently.
What's really sad is that we continue to do it over and over even though we watch ourselves look back in regret each time we do not follow that little voice inside that warns us and tries to keep us from making a mistake.
How many times have you said, “I knew this was going to happen”? And you meant it.
